Translation of the extracts from the book: "Hrvatska republika HB, agresija i zločin (Croat Republic Herzeg-Bosnia, aggression and crime " Mesud Hero andi Fuad Kovač):
According to the information of #SIS (Croatian Information Service Mostar, number 02-4/1-436, 9.3.1993 (published in article "#Goranci, the pit for #Serbs" by Asaf Bećirović, published in the daily Oslobođenje on 18.2.2012), "the first liquidations and disappearances of the persons of Serb ethnicity were registered at the beginning of July 1992, if the liquidations of the persons liquidated under the accusations of being snipers were not counted - who were killed without trial in the course and immediately after the military operation The Dawns of June"... "In relation to the existence of the pit in Goranci, where the persons of Serb ethnicity are thrown, we have the information that so far 60 persons were thrown into it." (From the book HRVATSKA REPUBLIKA HERCEG-BOSNA: AGRESIJA I ZLOČIN by Mesud Hero and Fuad Kovač, Sarajevo: Futur art, 2016)
"Hrvatska republika HB, agresija i zločin (Croat Republic Herzeg-Bosnia, aggression and crime " Mesud Hero andi Fuad Kovač: "Within this campaign, on the 9th of May, 1992, they targeted the Church of St. Peter and Paul at the Podhum settlement, as a result of which the Church was burned down. In spite of the fact that the majority of the civilian population of Serb ethnicity were not by any means related to this event, Croatian Defense Council (#HVO) and Croatian Defense Forces (#HOS) initiated a fierce retaliation in the area of #Mostar and its surrounding. At that time, at this area, there were about 25 000 Serbs. From then on, the hunt was initiated with the HVO and HOS military police patrols circulating through the town; they started to get in the people's apartments and with no further explanation, they threw people out of their apartments and houses and the persons found in the streets knew that they would be liquidated at the spot, or arrested and taken to the camps, from which many of them never returned.

Vlado Šoljić - bivši ministar obrane HR H-B, bivši predsjednik FBiH i trenutačni predsjednik Hrvatske zajednice Herceg-Bosne (video)
"Uostalom, dugo vremena se kao temelj Bosne i Hercegovine spominjao tronožac. Srbi, Hrvati i Muslimani odnosno Bošnjaci. Danas najmanje spominju te činjenice kao posljednje odluke ZAVNOBiH-a oni koji se kunu u Bosnu i Hercegovinu", Vlado Šoljić - bivši ministar obrane HR H-B, bivši predsjednik FBiH i trenutačni predsjednik Hrvatske zajednice Herceg-Bosne./ "However, for a long time the "tripod" - Serbs, Croats and Muslims/Bosniaks, was mentioned as the grounds which Bosnia and Herzegovina stands on. Today these facts, which were special decisions of the State Anti-fascist Council for the National Liberation of BaH, are least mentioned by those sworn into Bosnia and Herzegovina", - Vlado Soljic, ex-Minister of Defense of the Croat Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, former President of the Federation of BaH and current President of the Croatian Union of Herzeg-Bosnia.

The letter by Ratko Peric addressed on May 7, 1993 to #SPABAT Commander De Salas (four months before the massacre in #Grabovica) requesting intervention in favor of the endangered Croatian population in this area, assistance to the Muslim population in need and providing prerequisites for the visit of priests to the area.
Mostar, May 7, 1993
Your Excellency Dear Commander Morales De Salas,
Following our meeting, I am taking the opportunity to ask you as requested by Bishop Pavao Zanic to enable us to visit the believers in the Dreznica Parish, located some 35 km away from Mostar. The Parish is comprised of several villages:
Gornja Dreznica (48 Catholics remaining), Donja Dreznica (8), Gornja Grabovica (56), Donja Grabovica (2), Copi (19), Sjencine (6), Perutac (19) - total 158. All villages are occupied by the Muslim forces. There is a total of 700 Catholic believers in the entire Parish. The majority has fled to the liberated areas.
The visit will include the present pastor don Milenko Majic, former pastor don Jozo Blazevic and a priest born in Gornja Grabovica, don Stjepan Ravlic, the pastor in Vinjani. His old ill father lives there. We would ask for this visit to be held already this week, on Friday or Saturday, if possible.
I am convinced that you will meet our request and with the best wishes for the success of Your mission,
I would like to repeat my appeals for the intervention on behalf of the endangered Croat Catholic population at the parishes of Konjic and Jablanica, and as of recently in the parts of the Parish of Dreznica, belonging to the Mostar Diocese, as well as for the assistance to all members of the Muslim population in need.
I wish you all the success in your peace-making mission and send you my best regards with the expressions of my deepest respect,
Ratko Peric
