Rezolucija Muslimana Hercegovine/ Resolution of the Muslims of Herzegovina ( 8/8/1992)

A copy of the text available in jpg below

Resolution of the Muslims of Herzegovina inspired by the Resolution of the Muslims of the City of Mostar (1941) as described by its presenter Herzegovina mufti, effendi Smajkic (at the press conference held in September, 1992) "establishes the relation of the Muslims towards the most significant issues of life".
The Resolution has emphasized that "the Muslims are demanding the full equality of the Bosnian language (spoken by 37% of population according to the last census) with Croatian and Serb languages".
The Resolution condemns the aggression on the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina "caused and carried out by Serbia, Montenegro and former Yugoslav National Army", and particularly "the terrorist organisation Serb Democratic Party - SDS".

The article on ethnic cleansing of Croats in Sarajevo published in August, 2008/ Članak o etničkom čišćenju Hrvata u Sarajevu objavljen u avgustu, 2008. (Dnevni list)

The article from 2008, under the innocent heading "Mostar has a better image than Sarajevo", written by R. Dautefendic, includes shocking statements by top politicians and representatives of NGOs.
Srdjan Dizdarevic, a then president of the Helsinki Human Rights Committee stated: "Sarajevo has become a monoethnic town, where unfortunately the politics of ethnic cleansing was successfully implemented". He added that "over 90% of citizens of Sarajevo are Bosniaks".
The vice-president of the Federation of BaH and former BaH Minister of Human Rights and Refugees, a Bosniak, Mirsad Kebo stated for the article: "...It is the fact that the number of Croats in Sarajevo has come down to the level indicating that the BaH capital is diminishing its multi-ethnicity."
The article also cites the parts of the open letter addressed by the NGO Croatia Libertas to a then High Representative of International Community in BaH, Miroslav Laichak, expressing its concerns over the critical situation in terms of number and treatment of two other ethnic groups in Sarajevo - Croats and Serbs, who are also constituent peoples alongside the Bosniaks: "Is ethnic cleansing of non-Bosniaks happening in the town rightfully named 'Tehran', i.e. the town implementing strict Islamic rules and does not have any tolerance to the others and different?" NGO Croatia Libertas called Laichak on this occasion to take measures to stop immediately the violations of human rights in this town and pass the Statute modeled upon the Statute of Mostar.

Justice and Truth in BaH (public perspective)/ Pravda i istina u BiH iz perspektive javnosti (UNDP, EWR 2005)

From today's perspective, it is evident that 2006 was one of the crucial years for the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Failures and omissions from 2006 resulted in the critical situation the country is facing today. The findings of public opinion survey used by the report of the UNDP, Country Office in BaH on possible paths on facing the consequences of the war, were not taken into account by national authorities and the international community, and instead of working on the establishment of the truth and reconciliation commission, which was explicitly selected as an optimal solution by 55% of citizens, they continued to insist on less efficient and manyfold more expensive solutions. Should the situation then be compared to the situation today, a response to the question: In your opinion, how the perpetrators of different injustices to other people during the war should be treated - is especially indicative, as the results from both entities were almost identical. A vast majority of citizens from Republica Srpska and Federation BaH considered that the perpetrators of injustices/ crimes should be punished, while only 3% considered that they should be pardoned and around 7% refused to answer to this question. The public perception about the newly established War Crimes Section of the BaH Court was quite worrying, given that only

40% of citizens had relatively positive attitude towards this Court, while the fact that about 47% respondents, when asked about their opinion about the judicial system in BaH, explicitly stated that they did not have any faith in the laws and judges should have been particularly taken into concern.

Concesions for oil and gas questionable once again/ Koncesije za naftu i plin u FBiH ponovo upitne

Bosne i Hercegovine.
Although it has been still speculated in the local media, who could win 1.282.051,00 BAM worth tender of the Federal Ministry of Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, and as the main candidate the British company IHS has been nominated, given the decision from the 23rd of January of this year, it seems that the procedure has been suspended once again. Namely, the Government has annulled the procedure of public procurement of services for the selection of the expert consultant that would assist the Government in the preparation and implementation of tender procedure and drafting of tender documentation for the announcement of international public call for concession award for exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in the Federation. The decision states that the received offers were not acceptable.
