A Memorandum of Understanding and Strategic partnership Between The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Howell Machine, Inc. (December, 2013)

A Memorandum of Understanding and Strategic Partnership signed in December, 2013. by David C. Howell, Nermin Nikšić and Erdal Trhulj, ensuring inter alia offering the Howell Machine Inc. the right of preemption over the (majority) share of the Government of the Federation BaH in the Defense Industry in the Federation BaH.  Memorandum foresees that the Government will put at full disposal of the Howell all assets of the Defense Industry plants, including equipment, raw materials, manufactured goods, technical documentation, preexisting contracts and client contacts, administrative, manufacturing, storage and other facilities, vehicles and other means of transportation ... Howell will also have full authority over and all employment decisions in the Defense Industry plants..., including employment, but also dismissal. The Memorandum is related to the plants: "#Igman" d.d. Konjic, #UnisGinex d.d Goražde, #Pretis d.d. Vogošća, #Binas d.d. Bugojno i #Zrak d.d. Sarajevo, and foresees possibility of its expansion to include the remaining companies of the Defense Industry at some point in the future.
