(Hayat, 04/09/2020) The Government of #Mostar centered Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (#HNK) - one of 10 cantons in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BaH is comprised of two entities: Federation of BaH and Republika Srpska) - has announced its decision on payment of subsidies on the basis of the Law on Mitigating the Negative Economic Consequences of the Coronavirus Epidemic, as well as that of supporting the Canton's economy. 1.053.661 BAM will be used to support establishments in the fields of economy, health, education and traffic, and a significant part of this sum is dedicated to the organizers of games of chance in the HNK. For example, the branches of the Formula betting office situated within the Canton have been given over 42.000 BAM. According to data provided by the Tax Administration of FBaH, up until June 30 of this year, the Formula betting shops were in 80.371 BAM of debt - reports Faktor.ba. Substantial funds were also received by the sports betting shops Premier Sport ltd. and Premier World Sport ltd. from Čitluk, owned by Renato Korać. The seat of the Premier Sport betting shop in Čitluk received a payment of 19.981 BAM, and three branches of the betting shop also received support, valued at 2.103 BAM each. The Premier World Sport betting shop fared much better. Branches of the office located in the HNK received a grand total of 125.000 BAM in subsidies. In total, 60 outlets was subsidized by the Government of the HNK. 13 outlets of the BETX betting shop also received subsidies, totaling almost 4.900 BAM. According to data provided by the Tax Administration of FBaH, up until June 30 of this year, BETX was indebted for 99.110 BAM.
