It wasn't Lajcak but Dodik who suspended the police officers (Oslobodjenje, 12/03/2009)

Oslobodjenje pg. 12 of 12 March 2009: OHR: It wasn't Lajcak but Dodik who suspended the police officers
- The Office of High Representative (OHR) for BiH reacted on yesterday's decision made by Zvornik Basic Court which decided that seven suspended police officers, suspected that they have participated in genocide against Bosniacs committed in Srebrenica in 1995, should be returning to work. OHR stated that it was not the High Representative in BiH, Miroslav Lajcak, who suspended the police officers, but the RS Ministry of Interior (MoI).

"Partially based on "Srebenica list" prepared by the RS Government, BiH Prosecutor ordered an investigation against 93 police officers. 36 of them are employed by RS Police. By operating in accordance with laws in RS and the promises by RS Prime Minister given in 2007, that any police officer that is being under investigation for committing war crimes, will be suspended, RS MoI suspended those police officers from their active service until the investigations against them are completed," stated the OHR.
