Pregovori sa MMF za novi kreditni aranžman (2001.)/ Negotiations with the IMF for the new credit arrangement (2001)

Zapravo je i PDV uveden kao uslov za kreditni aranžman sa MMF-om. Pročitajte više u članku iz Avaza od 12/09/2001., gdje se kao glavni uslovi za novi kreditni aranžman navode: reforma poreznog sistema i uvođenje PDV-a, reorganizacija Porezne uprave, uvođenje poreza na dohodak, usvajanje budžeta za 2002. i PRIVATIZACIJA BANAKA do kraja 2001. godine. Od privaizacije banaka očekivani prihodi su iznosili 20 miliona KM. Budžet Federacije za 2002. je povećan na milijardu i 140 miliona KM i on je bio pokriven sa 989 miliona. Preostalih 139 miliona se planiralo namiriti donacijama i kreditima. / The VAT (Value Added Tax) in Bosnia and Herzegovina was introduced as the condition for the loan agreement with the IMF. The article below (Dnevni Avaz, 12/09/2001) is listing as the main preconditions for the IMF  loan agreement: tax system reform and introduction of the VAT,  reorganization of the Tax Administration, introduction of the income tax, adoption of the budget for 2002, as well as the BANK PRIVATIZATION by the end of 2001. The expected income from the bank privatization was ca 20 million BAM.  The Federation Budget for 2002 was increased to one billion and 140 million BAM and it was covered with 989 million. It was expected to obtain the additional 139 million BAM from donations and loans.
